Account and Order Data

VPNXM does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password; an email address is not required. Account details are used for authentication, subscription management and account administration. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, not in plain text. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.

Order processing involves the selected plan, amount, order status, payment channel and transaction reference, which are used to activate service, verify payments and process refunds. Traffic billing uses only account-level cumulative usage and reset status; there is no need to retain details of the websites visited. Support tickets submitted by users are used to answer questions. Please provide only the information needed to troubleshoot an issue.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

VPNXM follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the service, store browsing history, request content or detailed DNS queries, or create activity profiles linking accounts to destinations.

This service does not persistently store connection logs that can be linked to an individual, including records associating source IP addresses, destination addresses and connection start and end times. Temporary session states needed during a connection are used only for transmission and connection management. They are cleared when the session ends and are not converted into long-term connection records. Account-level cumulative traffic and order records are billing information and are handled separately from activity logs.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Marketing website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources and button usage so we can improve content and user flows. These statistics relate to pages on this website and are not used to track other websites accessed through acceleration routes. Site analytics collected when you visit this website are separate from the no-logs policy for subscription routes.

Cookies and local storage are used for essential session management, login status, language preferences and analytics settings. The user panel stores authentication credentials locally in your browser to verify subsequent actions; do not share these credentials with others. You can clear site data or restrict cookies in your browser. You may need to log in again or reset preferences afterward, and browser settings may limit some analytics.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

VPNXM supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the respective third-party channels, which may collect information needed for payment under their own rules. This service receives payment results and transaction references to verify orders. We do not ask users to submit payment account passwords or wallet private keys in support tickets.

VPNXM does not sell personal information. Information is processed or disclosed only to the extent necessary to fulfill orders, handle payment disputes or comply with applicable law. The payment channel's own policy determines how it retains payment records; deleting account information from VPNXM does not delete records held by a payment channel.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide subscriptions and account support. Order, refund and dispute records are retained for as long as necessary to verify transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and site analytics are kept only for as long as needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Indefinite retention is not the default.

Sign in to the user panel and submit a request to access, correct or delete your information through the support ticket portal. VPNXM will first verify account ownership, then explain the scope of the request. Records may need to be retained if there are pending orders, refund disputes or legal retention obligations; other information that is no longer needed will be deleted. Deleting your account may affect your subscription, so please consider the consequences first.

Data Protection and Policy Updates

VPNXM protects connections with military-grade encryption and reduces the risk of unauthorized access to information through access controls and account verification. Keep passwords, login credentials and subscription links secure. When troubleshooting, conceal sensitive fields and do not publicly share complete credentials.

When this policy changes, the revised terms will be published on this page and the month at the top will be updated. Important changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. You can also submit privacy questions through a support ticket.
